I got totally ticked off watching Battier, Gasol, Williams, Wright, and all there crappy players showboating, acting like they are a great team and all. "Wow, we beat a team without their 2 best players, yippee. We are 3-10!". Gasol's dunk with 4 seconds left was totally unneccesary. I mean with 4 seconds left, and you're up by 18 you don't throw a full court pass to a guy so he can dunk. When we did that in Philly it was because Langhi worked hard and didn't get any minutes and we just wanted to reward him for his efforts. Battier was showboating around after he hit a jumper. And Wright thought he was Shaq or something. Williams, as always, was his showboating self. I can't wait till the next time we play them, when Steve and Cuttino are healthy, and we crush the life out of them!

When you have the Grizzles showboating on your team, thats very messed up.

You've got to be kidding. That showboating, as you call it, was a direct result of a pathetic houston rockets defense not to the grizzlies. What are they suppose to do take pity on them and give the ball back.

The Rockets deserved to have it rubbed in. As a fan, it is horrible to watch, but I hope the team learned something.

What am I saying? The Rockets don't learn anything.

They should've just thrown the ball in, than let time expire, shake hands with the Rockets, the Rockets congradulate them, they go in the locker room, get dressed, and go off on their way.

Hey, I agree, the Grizz were taking it a lil too far, but they did whoop us up pretty bad.

I have to admit, this is the first time ever the Grizz have had a good draft! Gasol and Battier are kicking A**, and I think the Grizz were probably glad they passed up on Griffin. He didn't show anything while he was in the game. Maybe because of the crappy offense we run, but all he did was stay outside! Gosh, he's a big man (kinda), he needs to be playing inside.

Any1 see how much of a force Gasol plays like? He threw down like 2 or 3 dunks pretty hard, and he's not even built! He's nothing compared to Shaq (muscular wise), but he was pretty effective out there. He has my vote for ROY.

Once again, no offense to any1, I love the Rockets more than you guys think, but we jus got showed up...(I know, Steve and Cuttino were out, but they were also out against the Kings, and we stayed close that game)

Just a theory...but teams that aren't used to winning don't know how to win with class, IMO.

I missed most of the game tonight, but I got back in time to see that dunk at the end. Yes, it was rubbing it in, but what do you expect from a team that isn't used to winning?

Even if you didn't know anything about basketball you could still tell that the Grizzlies suck by the way their fans were going in nuts in the final minute when they were killing the other team. I guess the fans aren't used to winning either.

These are professionals, running up the score an extra two points shouldn't be a big deal.

I don't back it, but don't really consider it as bad as you have made it out to be, mo&fro

... also remember that the birth years of the Grizz starting five are: '77, '80, '75, '78, '75.

As opposed to other Foreign players, Gasol plays much more aggressive. That's what separates him. He drives to the basket with aggression as well as shoots great from the field. When his body develops more, so he doesn't get pushed around defensively, he'll be scary. Maybe even garrnet-like!

If the Rockets have any pride whatsoever, they will only lose to SA by 40.

If they don't show up pissed off, they lose by 60.

    Tommorow's game will suck.

Yeah, I originally thought Atlanta robbed Memphis for Shareef, but the trade doesn't look so bad now.... Gasol's playing really well and can only get better.

Gasol isn't too far behind SAR RIGHT NOW.

Within 1-2 years, he will be better than SAR. Great deal for Memphis.

Gasol runs the floor better than any big man I've seen this year. Even Dirk.

An unnecessary bucket at the buzzer when the game's been decided, eh? See Rockets-Sixers ending from last year.

Well, the loss hurts of course but if the tables were turned I would expect the Rockets to show no mercy (meaning no class) either. That's killer instinct in my opinion. Punish them, make them regret having to play you.

With their attitude, they won't be bottomfeeders forever.
