The Good -Moochie stepped up big for a team missing its #1 player. -Taylor grabbed 6 boards with his 14, and is showing more and more toughness. -"MVP" Robinson was rendered useless -Cato grabs 3 boards in 6 minutes (nba.com), with 4 points and was playing under more control. THERE'S STILL HOPE FOR HIM! -Olajuwon played very well. The Bad -18 turnovers. Not horrible, but need less to pull a win. -Free Throws. 12-19?!?! Only getting to the line 19 times when you're shooting that bad is bad enough, but shooting below 70% on those is scary. -San Antonio with 15 offensive rebounds, 6 by Duncan. We had 30 defensive rebounds. That means 1-3 missed San Antonio shots they got back (usually after they miss a couple of free throws) -Langhi played. That means we won easily, or we lost. Unfortunately, the latter (just kidding, Langhi fans ) -Mo got in foul trouble. I thought this was unfortunate. He was a good threat down low, and was starting to heat up in the 3rd. The Ugly -starting SG AND SF combined 0-6. In 16 times as many minutes, Anderson got 1 more shot than Langhi? Huh? Either Anderson isn't looking to get open, or his teammates aren't giving him the ball. Walt is starting to drive me crazy. 1 point, 2 turnovers (like the fast break one), to his credit, 5 boards. -More turnovers than assists. Not a good sign. -Spurs score 30 in the 4th. The Spurs managed 34 in the entire first half. Next Los Angeles. Hopefully Francis will come back strong, and we won't be on a 3 game losing streak. ------------------ The Serious Police are watching. Follow the rules or be assimilated. Shandon is underrated.
The Ugly [/QUOTE] LOL Couldn't pass up the opportunity could ya? ------------------ Francis out top, 9 seconds on the clock, he gives a no look pass to Cuttino Mobley, 4 seconds left, Mobley passes to an open Langhi in the corner with 1 second left! Langhi at the buzzer.......YES!!! How Sweet It Is!!
