Good things from last night game: 1. Steve and Cat must sleep together, they know excatly where each other are on the floor 2. My man Fato, I have dogged the boy out for a couple of months. However, I'm starting the 1st Cato fan club in Orlando, Fl. I'm thinking about buying a Rolls Royce. 3. KT game in the 4Qtr, he was horrible in 1 - 3 getting lit up by Rahim 4. Defense, awesome display done the stretch, especially on Kukoc and Jason Terry who was invisible. 5. Kevin Willis rebounding and toughness inside, his hands are smaller than my 7 year old son. He is showing Cato how to get easy dunks from guard penetration Bad things 1. The 3 spot, I wished Rudy would have suited up. We are getting absolutely O from Rice/Walt, they look like the same players NO O, D, BOARDS, OR HUSTLE. Dion Glover looked like Kobe Bryant going around Rice. By the way, Kevin Garnett plays the 3 spot for Minnesota and so does Lamar Odom. Can we say big game 2. KT's defense in Qtrs 1 - 3, Rahim had a double with 5 minutes left in the 2nd quarter. 3. Moochie obssesion with dribbling the rock and clock down to zero and forcing a pass or bad shot by someone else. He looked timid in shooting the rock. You've robbed us, you might as well shoot the rock. 4. EG, what can you say, a rooks first game. He looked jittery. 5. MOTaylor's outfit, he looked like a taller Charles Barkley in pumpkin suit. 6. Calvin's suit, he looked like a broke pimp 7. TMorris not getting any action at the 3 with the weak games from Rice/Walt Overall, a good effort for a 1st game
Kenny needs to take three steps inside the three point arc and then shoot the ball. We have enough long range guys and do not need him hanging around the arc. Hey Kenny, you are not Steve Kerr.
I shook Kevin's hand the other day - and it enveloped mine. His arms may be a little short, but his hands are not small. It was a great hustle game for the Rockets, showing them that they can win when shots aren't falling. By the way, the rocks pretty much took SAR out of the game after the first quarter - he had 17 points in the first quarter alone. After that he was so desperate for shots he tried a couple of three pointers.
