Yesterday, TNT showed 4 Dynamic Duos of Rockets' past which were of course the OG Twin Towers, Phi Slamma Jamma (Hakeem & Clyde), Yao & Francis and lastly Yao & T-mac. Now, Kevin Harlan was asked to pick his favourite and he made a good joke and said that he liked Kenny & Dream. This got me thinking that there has and in my opinion there was another dynamic duo leading up to Clutch City. As the title suggests, in my opinion this was the Twin Towers part 2: Dream & Thorpe. Both all-stars, played like it and without OT there is no Clutch Cityyy! Of course there are some more that deserve to be mentioned involving players like Moses, Calvin, Rudy T among several others. What you guys think, was OT & Dream really a Twin Towers part 2 and two key guys that could've been called that or no?
Big E & Ralph Sampson Big E was on the back-end of his career, but he still came with Hall of Fame pedigree... actually though he was pretty terrible that year. Too bad that team still sucked though.... but they were bad enough to get the NUMBER ONE DRAFT PICK

Why the hell can't y'all spell his name properly? We're not in 1986 anymore, his name is Hakeem Olajuwon and has been since 1990. And I second Rudy-T and Calvin and later on Moses and Calvin, even though for at least a short period that could've been considered a big 3 (all 3 made the ASG in '79).
How on earth is Calvin Murphy ever confused with anything resembling a tower .... Forgotten dynamic duo - Twin Towers ?! Moses Malone & Elvin Hayes in the 81-82 season. Malone averaged 30 & 15 while The Big E put up 16 & 9. Too bad we didn't get to see a couple more seasons of those two together .... that was Malone's last as a Rocket.
