No the Era starts when David Wesley hits a damn jumper...that will help the flow of the offense and take some pressure off of Bowen...he has enough.

The McMing dynasty is imminent. If the Rockets happen to fall just short this season, the era of 50+ win seasons and many a great playoff series has started. The championships will come soon enough.

Tonight's game was special. It wasn't the potential this team had, it was finally the realization of what they are. We saw a championship level basketball team put on a show.

They played well, picked eachother up, and never let the game get out of hand....instead each time fighting back. You saw players raising their game and focusing tonight at the most crucial junctures, particularly McGrady and Yao.

    This team's evolution is complete.

    Check This Out!

    Magic run?
He made the sort of play that wins more than games, more than even playoff games. Told that Magic Johnson said if Yao plays as he did on Monday, the Rockets would go to the NBA Finals, Yao said, "I agree."

Hearing this, McGrady said, "I agree."

There's a long way to go for that, but it seemed clear that when McGrady shoots this time of year, he is usually on target.

Just pointing out that you are bandwangon fan. And you're only here after the Rox are doing well. You spent the last 3 years bashing Houston, bashing Yao, almost lauging at us for our draft pick, make snide remarks about Houston as a city and how it doesn't compare to New York, make snide remarks to Clutch, and other members...then pretend like you never said any such thing...

That's called weasel. So, you might pretend to be "one of the guys." But you can't expect us to belive anything you say now after everything you said in the last three years.

You come around here like, "Hey, guys! Whats up? How's my Rockets...I knew it all along." Yet, you forget that we know what you said over the last 3 years. I mean, come on. You're shallow and transparent. And most veteran posters know this. That's why they poke fun at you. They just don't believe you. You're disingenuous. And I hate dishonesty!

Your certainly entitled to your opinion, but it's quite clear what your opinion is, and I'm sure some may agree with you even... so now that you've said what you had to say for the 50th time, why not have some class and spare people (if not myself) from this kind of stuff?

Don't worry about the bandwagon statements H-NYC. Only think about this. Yao Ming and Tracy McGrady are in their mid-20's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agreed with DavidS. All I saw Houston-In-NYC is he bashed Houston and Yao Ming and everybody else when we're down. On the contrary, most of the posters here have been truly waiting for Ming Mac to gell and take this team to the next level.

Yesterday's victory tastes doubly sweet for the real fans that have been believing and supporting the Rockets even over the tough stretch.

how many "real fans" as you described are there? I can only remember a few who were with me in supporting all the way. There should probably be a poll on if you "called for JVG to be fired; called for CD to be fired; said the trade sucked and you wanted any of those guys back instead; said the JJ trade sucked and were yelling for him to come back before even giving Wes a chance; etc." along with a "none of the above". There aren't many that were willing to be patient and let the moves be made to get the right guys here. For THOSE fans, it definitely tastes doubly sweet
