He's lost over 300 million subscribers since the first video came out about 2 weeks ago. The second video was released 8 hours ago and has nearly 5M views. Dude never appeared genuine with that creepy smile and his soulless eyes. Also didnt understand why kids loved him or parents let their kids watch him. $1 lawyer vs $1,000,000 lawyer video up next.
Lmao the most popular youtuber out there right now (most subscribers). A few employees are speaking out now and exposing the illegal things that went on, tanking the "Mr beast stock". Dude is an entire scam
I don't know anything about the guy except his name and that he did big giveaway videos, but 300 million subscribers for real?
I've only heard about him in the last few months and I don't know anyone who is familiar with him. I didn't understand his influence and how he came to popularity. He always gave me the Sam Bankman Fried vibes. I always felt like his little empire was going to fall due to fraud and greed. That said, I didn't see anything that seemed sus. SBF's effective altruism grift was pretty obvious, IMO.
I first found out about him last year when I was trying to order doordash and saw a "mrbeast burger" that looked okay then saw the ratings which were like 1.5 stars so noped out
Watched my first mr beast video last year when they went to the deserted island. It was interesting, but I couldn't help but feel they were selling like a commercial the entire time I was watching. So I couldn't understand the mass appeal. And so this. It's not surprising to me at all. And I only watched once. Seems like it's all crashing in because they thought they were untouchable. Truth is probably in the middle, but that's not good enough. The mistake people like mr Beast make when they do stuff like this is that when they do get exposed, they not only lose their cash cow, they go after everything.
I know every generation says it about the ones before them, but Gen Z is probably the most useless generation of all time. They will give boomers a run for their money
I never really watched his stuff much, but have known about him for a while. He's a social media monster. I always "liked" him because of all the money and other stuff he just gave away, but at the same time, it seemed too TikTok-ey to me and most of that just seemed like people trying to get followers via "doing something stupid" or manufactured hype. I still never thought the dude was a fake, though. I'll wait for the final verdict. lol. "Don't forget to click the notification bell, like, and subscribe ... (before you even listen to anything I have to say)"
