"Eddy Curry Line Update the Eddy Curry Line was originally established to put a spotlight on how truly anemic Curry's overall fantasy line is. It can be used to help establish which players are among the best and worst, in terms of efficiency of production, for fantasy basketball. The standard: a player must average more turnovers than assists, steals, and blocks combined – in order to qualify, a player must have appeared in at least half of his team's games and averaged at least 25 minutes of playing time. This is from the Yahoo Fantasy home page.... Its kind of funny that they call it the (Eddy Curry Line Update!), showing just how much Curry sucks...
Rafer Alston's shooting % across the board make him a HUGE liability. And only 5apg? You can get that from Steve Blake at no risk. Curry line is bogus. I'm gonna start something called the Ziggy line that makes just as much sense.
I agree, but Rafer does not have very much negative impact on a team. He is a decent role player who limits his mistakes well, exactly what Gundy always praised him for......
Rafer limits his mistakes, but makes up for them in personal shot opportunities NOT converted. All the other guys on that list besides Ben Wallace have at least AVERAGE NBA scoring capability. Rafer can can't get an assist in every offensive trip down the court where he doesnt shoot. As a starter he'll HAVE to shoot the ball. But thats a dead beaten horse subject... Was makes that Eddy Curry stat line worse is his teammate Zach Randolph being 2nd on it. The Knicks must play a brutal brand of ball over then then...or, it shows those guys on the list are finishers of a play instead of play-makers.
Curry and Zach are notorious "lazy" black-holes. I would pay to not have them on my team. And you will never find a good fantasy team or NBA team with them included.....
