All of you two-faced, pansy Hakeem-bashers make me ill. Calling for the head of the foundation of Rocketdom for all time? Calling for his trade when he is finally doing what you have been asking of him all along??? Hakeem stepped up and showed some fire today. And he's showing it right now on the court. The man looked 25-yrs old in the first half. It's half-time and he's got 10 and 7. And he should get as many minutes as he wants in the second half barring another Rudy neural misfire. How many times did you turn to your nerd friends and giggle that the arranged marriage to an 18-yr old was "obviously affecting his game"? Or Hakeem doesn't have the desire to win anymore after the 2 rings? I know there are some of you here... I can't say Hakeem was right to take this to the media...but I'll tell you what...I am DAMN HAPPY that he did so that I could be witness to it. ------------------ "He said hop on his back and he was goin' ta take us to the promise land...and that' what he done." -- Robert Horry '95
I agree as I I'm sitting here watching us jack up 3 after 3 with Dream on the bench. Forgot to add this ------------------ [This message has been edited by DAROckets (edited December 05, 2000).]
