We're in the dreaded Dead Zone again. Some questions and thought starters to help get me out of my funk: * when does training camp open, and when are first exhibition games? * what is date after which White and other trades can occur? * any updates on Moochie or other PGs we're considering? I need help. Morning coffee has only done so much.
Because seeing nothing but gray folders has given me a serious case of the jimjams, and because I too want answers to these questions, I am moving this thread to the top and adding two questions of my own: 1. When is tmo likely to sign? 2. Is it a given it will be for the league minimum? Where are all the posters? Has houston gone up in flames?
Maybe I can take a vacation till the end zone ends. Not! Maybe the Rockets can generate a new controversy such as Eddie refusing to sign or threatening to go to Europe or something till the day before training camp. No, on second thought there are worse things than the dead zone.
The board dies during the summer. The regulars will be back in full force when season starts. Until then, enjoy the "Walt + Cato + a bucket of wings for yo mama + a Krispy Kreme donut"-type thread. I'm sure when the regular season or at least pre-season starts, we'll start getting some good threads in here!
