In my favorite movie, "Gladiator," the caeser asks the main character why he fights for Rome. The soldier then replies "I have seen much of the world and it is dark. Rome is the light." That's the way I feel about this site. I just checked out a few other teams fansites with message board and must say that in the world on fansites CC.net is the light in a world of darkness. A lot of these sites are hardly organized and just look poor and makes me want to avoid going through the journey of replying, until I find a post that somehow insults me. For instance on a Suns sight they say Steve has no class for his comments about Vancouver while they conviently over look their wife beating point guard. Then there's the kings fansite where one of the posters says our city is dirty and it sucks I guess because they believe we have a good chance at Webber and ruining their team. Let's not forget that at the mavs site they seem to hate Mooch. After today's trip I must say it's good to be home. ------------------

The thing is we know it's not, but a lot of these other sites say it because they're afraid their star player will come here or because our point guard is better than theirs. It seems like every site I've been to has something negavtive regarding us. 1.Spurs site thinks that david "Hakeem's b*tch" robinson will pass Dream on all time blocks list. 2. Suns site bash Steve 3. Mavs site bash Mooch and this site. 4. Kings site bashes our lovely city 5. On the ESPN message board I have to hear some FOO try and say Brand is better than Steve. I know it's only a few posters on these sites, but it seems like we're the biggest rival for these teams. ------------------
