A couple of weeks ago, Westbrook went out again to heal his knee, 3-4 weeks before playing Patrick Beverly and The Rockets. When The Rockets hear this, they decide to take Patrick out for a mid-season BREAK (hand injury), as has Jeremy Lin, James Harden, Chandler Parsons and all taking turns; except Dwight Howard, because the coaching staff wants everyone in the team to get used to playing with the big man before the playoffs.
Now, Thunder-Rockets match-up ends for the season, and Beverly has been ready to come back, and now there's news that Westbrook is also ready this week in the coming (Wink-Wink). The Thunder are our biggest rivals, and will be for a couple of years (Not the Warriors, although we might be their biggest rivals).
As for the Thunder game we blew, since the Thunder are our biggest rivals, (AND WILL SEE IN THE PLAYOFFS), we do not want any more fire in their belly for the post-game match up that's ahead. (We could of won that game), as you can see in the first half. But we throw the game, adding some fire to our players belly's for the future. The facts are on the post-game interviews. The players don't look down or disappointed... They look optimistic of whats ahead.
Its all part of the Rockets plan ladies and gentlemens... Coach Machale knows what his doing. The reason why wed don't play pick-n-roll all the time is because it will always be there for us. We need to learn 2-3 different style of play before the playoffs, (which usually takes 2-3 years to learn) all wrapped into one.
