I think Houston might allow some tweaking so Chicago can make trades *if* they aren't trying to trade with Van themselves. Does everyone remember the Bryce Drew conditions? The Rockets have effectively pinned the Bulls' first rounder for the next 3 years. That is, during the regular season, the Bulls cannot trade their future first rounders until they are mathematically eliminated from the upper echelons of the east.
