    Looks like we do have some interest in the league, so I'll go ahead and start a thread for teams on a first come first serve basis. If we can make it to 12 people, we have a league. Rosters will be as of today-- ratings will depend on production in real NBA. See the thread in my sig for details. All you need to do is reply with the team you want and you are in.

    A question - will players with injuries during the real NBA season not score for their teams in the sim or not? And if they do score, what dat will these scores be calculated from?

    We are simming the game on NBAlive2001, so for them to count pretty much all I'd have to do is leave them on the game. But I want this league to be as realistic as possible, so players out for the season WILL NOT count. That means no Penny, Zo, Hill, Ilgauskas. However, guys like Fortson, Ratliff, etc. who may likely come back this season will count. Hope you understand what I'm saying Heath.

    Oh, and by the way-- there IS some benefit to having a bad or below average team. Like I said in the original thread (see my thread) we will be holding a 3 round draft for players from those teams not taken (probably 15 or so). The draft order will go from worst to first-- the teams with the worst record after 15 games will get the first pick. So let me give a hypothetical scenario. No BBS member takes the Twolves as a team. Someone takes the Bulls and they have the worst record after 15 games. Subsequently, they get the first pick in the draft and can add KG to their team. Hope that is somewhat clear.

    Can we tell you to change are lineup how we want?

    Like if I had GS and they had Mills starting I would want it to be a Fortson and Jamison Duo.

    What about created players,like did you create him or is he just not on the game?

    You can set your lineup any way you want. Here are the teams so far... still need some more!

    Smeg-- Blazers
    Fadeaway-- Lakers
    Dvauthrin-- Kings
    Voice of Reason-- Mavs
    RenD-- Bucks
    Heath-- Sixers
    VJ-- Twolves
    Dcrock-- Spurs
    Deanbcurtis-- Wizards

    Need at least 12 to make a good league. I know there were some of you who posted in the other thread who still haven't here. This can be good-- even if you completely don't understand it, give it a shot. You'll get the hang of it, trust me.

    Like someone saud in the other thread - What if there was a lottery for what BBS GM chose team first. Not that I care - but I think that would be kinda cool - and I know Ren and me, and maybe some others would like to be the Rockets.

    Don't want to prolong it, so I don't like the idea of a lottery. However, if you'll join the league, you can have the Rockets. I'll take the Spurs instead. If you want the Rockets, you got them. Let me know.
