I think that Ensberg should be the everyday starter for the Stros.
His average is 40 points above Blum's. He has seven homeruns and 20 rbis, both more than Blum in about 80 less at bats. This guy should be starting everyday no matter what, I dont know what Jimy is thinking.

I don't think anyone knows what Jimy is thinking.

Hell yeah Morgan should be starting! It took me a while to like him, (w. a little help from Raven), but now I've come to love the guy. I like Blum, but Morgan is just .... better.

His initials could stand for Most Encourging.

i absolutely agree with everyone that Ensberg needs more ABs. He has been solid all year long and deserves it. Unless of course there is actually a reason to sit him like, he cant hit right-handed pitchers. we haven't really seen him get many opportunities against righties with the platoon with Blum so he could just suck against righties. nevertheless, he still deserves the opportunity the get some more time to see if he can hang around on an everday basis.

Morgan is a gamer..pure and simple. How often has he come up big in games where we needed the bats? I definitely like his offensive production over Blum--as to what Jimmy is thinking; get out your voodoo set...

Yes, and then have a platoon at SS with Blum and Everett if you need a lefty batter so bad.

No, no, no, no, no. Blum cannot play SS on anything more than an emergency basis.

Ensberg & Everett should be getting the bulk of the p.t. Blum at 3rd & Viz at SS should play 1 game a week or so, particularly against tough righties. If Morgan starts to struggle, let Blum play more. Just my $.02.

Morgan should DH for us when we play the interleague games at AL parks.

I think the grand slam he just hit should be game, set, match as far as this is concerned.

That is, if he's not starting at third anyway....

Blum take a seat, put in Ensberg

    Man,

Forget Blum, let Ensberg play every day. The guy is clutch.

Also, where is Jason Lane? He needs to be playing.
