You obviously read my post very carefully. I said I was waiting for Nomar to make a few more "It's unbelievable..." posts. And to answer your question, yes. I had Pedro when he was paid 13 mil a season, and I didn't think he was necessarily worth it then, so I traded him. Green is overpaid, I have a 3B so I don't need Chipper, Garciaparra doesn't get numbers anywhere near as good in this sim as real life (5.3 RC/27 this last season!), and I don't think I would be willing to give up what it would take to get Manny. So no, there is no one there that I am interested in.
I'll give you all of my rookie and expansion picks for Nomar, Manny, and Pedro. I believe that would be a 30 for 3 deal...
Whatever guys. Raven your logic is so flawed. Even though my team couldnt win, that doesnt mean the players arent good. Im not asking you to trade teams with me. Im asking you to add a player to your current team, which could very well improve your results tremendously. By your logic, the only players to be sought after are on Haven's team???
Nomar, you have not paid too close attention to my "logic." To employ MY logic, I would have had to have made some statement using that logic. My only statement I made in this thread is that I wasn't really interested in your players for what you want for them. I backed those up with reasons. Now my first post was merely a post poking fun at you for starting a thread announcing the availablity of your players, and then following that with another post stating what you thought of us for not wanting the players. If you can't see that post for what it is, then back away from the computer and take a few breaths. People have good reasons for not trading for your high dollar players. Just because you can't see it or don't believe them doesn't mean they aren't there. Quit crying.

To sweeten this deal even further, I will include my 2nd 3rd round pick that I had gotten from Steve Francis3 in a trade from last season. So here's the proposed deal: San Diego trades Carlos Belford, 1st round pick, 2nd round pick, and both 3rd round picks to Boston for Manny Ramirez and a starting pitcher (to be decided on).
