Inspired by a thread in the NBA hangout I think Isiah Thomas is worst GM in history of sports. I tried to think of guys who have ruined multiple franchises and he is the only guy I can think of the top of my head. At least Charlie Casserly did leave the redskins in a pretty good condition. On the other hand I think billy beane is the best GM in sports. He consistently wins with a low payroll team. He has a handicapped hand but he still manages to come up on top.
