Maybe I am overly-sensitive (I know, what fan isn't?), but did anyone else pick up on this little slight on the Rockets and their streak in the Dirk injury story?

Cause, you know, if Nowitzki had played the streak obviously would have ended then...

Definitely being over-sensitive. They had to mention that the one game they played without Dirk was a blow-out. The fact that it happened against us is merely coincidence. Mavs fans must be terrified right now, because I don't think they ever thought not making the playoffs was a possibility.

I don't see a problem with what was written. The writer was just referring to the most recent time in which Dallas played without their all-star. It's not like the author wrote, "The Mavs wouldn't have been blown out by the Rockets had Dirk played, and who knows, they probably could've snapped Houston's winning streak at 16 games..." I don't see any harm done by the article.
