If they win their Division but with a poorer record than another team (or teams) do they retain the #4 Seed, or is just one team able to be properly seeded? (Thinking Jazz, Atlantic Div etc.)
I believe the NBA adjusted it to where the Jazz would be the 4 seed yet not have home court advantage.
Gilbert Arenas had 12 points in the last 2 minutes! Anytime he can put up a game like that against Western Conference teams that the Rockets are competing for playoff positioning with I am all for it. game winning shot (ha ha I'd love to see Sloan's reaction) I wonder if he even watched it go in?
the NBA season is definitely a 2 mile race, teams like UTAH are best at 1200m sprint, they will fade even further down the stretch. Mark my word
Arenas hibachi'ed the Jass on MLK day: <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/aorSy_GwIiM"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/aorSy_GwIiM" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>
Why j-ass didnt double Gil at the top. Deron could not guard him alone. I would even put Ak47 on him.
I love how almost every superstar single handedly beat the Jazz. First Kobe, then Tmac, Ray Allen and now Gilbert. I know I'm missing others in between as well but I just love how they pop off against the Jazz.
Anybody find it weird that a game on MLK day is being played in a state that doesn't have any black people?
Wow the Eastern Conference is 2-0 so far today with the Jazz and Spurs losing. Good day for Rocket fans. Would be perfect if Minny loses (in OT right now with Detroit) and Miami beats Lakers. Go Eastern Conference!
They don't have any black people in Washington DC. That's news to me. P.S. Agent Zero is a badass. He put his hands up before the shot even went in. He just knew it was good.
