Seems like they close/lock threads that are going to have some type of work done to them. 1. Close for Administrator Edit on a member's post. 2. Close for transfer to the proper Forum. 3. Close prior to thread deletion. After the Administrative function is performed, the thread is reopened. Probably, the reopening of the thread was overlooked once it was moved to the proper Forum. If they wanted it dead and buried, the Adminm wouldn't have gone to the trouble of moving it to the proper Forum. It has happened before and it should be reopened soon. Patience Grasshopper.
