    For me definitely seeing

Ben Tate getting some carries, and Kareem jackson (he should have his work cut out for him, while he's in at least)

also just the intensity of the team.. i know typically preseason games are very nonchalant, but our players tend to carry that into the regular season..i'd love to get few snaps, but really hit people for that first quarter..

I want to see Chris Henry. He is supposedly has had a great camp and turned a lot of heads. I also want to see what type of pass rush the two rookie defensive tackles, Earl Mitchell and Malcolm Sheppard, bring to table. Defensive tackle is arguably the weakest position on this team.

Jackson won't be playing tonight due to a death in the family. But here's who I want to see:

    1. Ben Tate and Chris Henry
    2. Earl Mitchell
    3. James Casey

I'll be watching Tate, Mitchell, and Dickerson. These are the players I'm most excited to see what they can do. Oh, and I am interested in see how Casey has progressed.

It's on KBVO in HD tonight. I think it's 1513 or something like that on Time Warner.

Just the defense in general. We aren't as experienced as in past seasons, but without question this should be the fastest most athletic D the Texans have ever put together in their history. If they hunker down and follow the lead of guys like Pollard, DeMeco, Cushing, and even Mario, then they should be able to mature quickly enough into one of the best D's in the NFL.

The pass rush is the most important element of course, so I guess if I had to choose one position it would be the DT's, and if I had to choose one guy it would still be Amobi. He's back to his rookie year build + more NFL experience. Will he figure it out in time or will Earl Mitchell and Malcolm Sheppard outplay him? Exciting either way, I hope it leads to increased pressure up the middle regardless.

I won't get to see the game until tomorrow, but like others, I'm excited to see these things:

Ben Tate, Earl Mitchell, Connor Barwin's progression, Glover Quinn's progression, and Dorin Dickerson.

Any idea if Slaton is playing tonight? I'm curious to see him back on the field, too.

If our offensive line can push people out of the way. Big problem for the running game last year. Great with their footwork (great pass protection) but I'd like to see if they can make holes.

    And of course, Ben Tate.

Chris Henry - Titans 2nd round pick from from 2007 draft, got suspended for 4 games violating substance abuse policy, used sparingly then let go in 2009
