Veterans report to camp on Friday. They take their physicals and do the conditioning test. Kubiak didn't have a conditioning test so let's hope all the players pass under O'Brien. The rookies have been in the building since Monday. First on field practice is Saturday. NFL Network has coverage of training camp for all 32 teams everyday (except HOF Sunday 8/3) from now until August 5. They will talk about the Texans on Saturday with Desmond Purnell at camp. On Tuesday, July 29 Willie McGinest and Molly Qerim will be at the facility and Charley Casserly will be there on Saturday, August 2. ESPN will send Ed Werner to Houston on July 30.
Some minor roster moves made earlier this week before the Tyson Clabo signing. The Texans cut FB Brad Smelley and DE Tim Jackson. They brought back TE Chris Coyle who was with them during OTAs but was cut on 6/18.

I'm not gonna put a number on it but the Texans will surprise a lot of ppl this season. I see us making the playoffs. Don't believe me, just watch
Andre Johnson will talk to the media at 10:45 this morning according to CSNH. Doubt it will be shown live on the Texans website or any TV station. Maybe one of the sports radio stations will have live audio.

Sources say Bob McNair played a key role in getting Andre Johnson to end his holdout and report to Texans today.
— John McClain (@McClain_on_NFL) July 25, 2014
Think assurances were made? I didn't think Mr. McNair would let this fester too much longer. He knows what AJ80 has done for the franchise, and I'd bet he's hoping he's the first Texan in the Hall of Fame.
