I don't know about that. With God'son under center, this team will always be 10-6/ 11-5. Thus we're stuck with the Mad King
The Oilers screwed this town over so hard. Then we were without NFL for years. All the talking heads were saying we didn't have a chance over LA or Vegas, but somehow we got a franchise. Surely, surely, after supporting the dumpster fire that was the Oilers only to be jilted like that, heaven would smile on us and give us a better franchise?
Where are the BoB defenders? Fire this btch, and move on. We literally closed our super bowl window, as if it existed. Gave up our number 1 wr for a rb and picks. Our offense was sht enough as it is.
For people saying Amari Cooper will make this OK. No it won't. I don't care if we sign prime Jerry Rice reincarnated, getting a 2nd round pick for maybe the best WR in the sport is a joke. BOB is a competent, if underwhelming, coach. He's a walking disaster as a GM.
The truth will come out that BoB has a personal vendetta with the entire Texans organization and is trying to destroy it from within. The evil plan is taking shape.
This was the Odell-to-CLE trade from last year. "The Giants traded the star wide receiver to the Cleveland Browns in exchange for the Browns' first-round pick (No. 17 overall), their second third-round pick (No. 96 overall) this year, plus safety Jabrill Peppers. As part of the trade, the Giants and Browns are also flipping back the picks they exchanged in the Olivier Vernon trade, with the Giants getting a fourth-round pick (No. 133) and Browns getting a fifth-round pick (No. 155)."
WTF? F**k you, Bill O'Brien. Assuming Hopkins did NOT want out, this is one of (if not THE) worst decisions the Texans have made in franchise history. I'm not surprised that most Texans players are pissed. BoB had better have something really good in the works to fill in the Hopkins void. Players of Nuk's caliber don't exactly grow on trees. If Deshaun Watson and JJ Watt also want out, just to get the hell away from Bill O'Brien, then I don't blame them. Bill O'Brien is running this franchise into the ground. Texans ownership need to wake up and kick him to the curb ASAP.
