Texans trade DeAndre Hopkins to Arizona

Everytime replays show the HM catch I think, "f*** Bill O'Brien".

Dude preaches all that team first crap then gets emotional and makes his ego and feelings top priority.

That quote right there 1) makes me want to break things; but yet 2) reminds me why I do/should not care too much about this team

 

I still don’t mind that they traded him, it’s just the terrible return that really bothers me. Anyone who had anything to do with green lighting that trade should be gone. The good news is that it probably killed O’Brien’s entire career. He will get another job one day, but it will never ever be on the level of what he had here. That trade will literally follow him around for the rest of his life, and when it is all said and done, it will be what people remember him for. And he deserves that.

 

Seeing how this WR draft class is shaking out, I'd have loved to have a stake in one of these guys. But Blacklock is averaging 22% of the defensive snaps and we have Randall Cobb so we have that going for us, which is nice.

HOU traded DHop for a 2nd rounder...

 

You can tell it still bothers Deandre as much as it bothers us. My advice to him is stop trying to make sense of it. You just can't. Teapot being teapot.

 

What could have been. We weren't gonna win anytime soon but Hopkins would have been one of the greatest wrs to grace our franchise. At least he has a chance to win It all unlike Andre Johnson.

There's a line between calling out things for what they are and just b****ing/whining. At this point, Hopkins is starting to sound like a whiny baby. OBrien made a dumbass trade, we all know it, and it sucks. He was fired. Time to let it go and move on. If I was Cards fan I'd start to get annoyed, it's a like having a gf that complains about her ex all the time.
