    Realistically though, the team isn't contending so this is the type of move they should make. Trade veterans with real salaries for picks to be better later. I just hope it's actually a pick that can generate a decent prospect instead of a 6th or conditional 5th or something.

    A third would be great, highly doubt its a second, which means its likely a 4th and 6th. :(

    So the Houston tradition of not being able to defend tight ends continues. Nostalgia!

    Roby was the best cover corner on the roster. Not sure how that wont reverberate in the backfield, but this team isnt playing for anything so I'd say he wasnt deemed a value player. "Why carry 10Ms?" when it wont affect the outcomes is the thinking I guess. Not sure any other CB on the roster is going to be able to contain #1s.

    Yeah he was by far the best cover guy. But he’s also a better man system corner.
    Lovie has always had bigger corners that could play the run and scheme to stop outside routes with safeties. Which means they relied heavily on coverage ability of linebackers to cover in between the hashes.

    Im honestly not as worried about receivers, we’re going to get torched up the seams

    They need to trade laremy tunsil for a first round pick. There’s really no point of him being on this team.

    Which is also why I like the Moreland move, need a guy that can play slot and defend run.
