Texan's Tickets (Do they release more tickets closer to game day?)

I've got family visiting from Guetemala next month and my cousin is a big american sports fan and is wanting to see the Texans. The problem, besides the usual difficulty of getting Texans tickets is that their visit coincides with the Titans game. With the former Oilers and local hero Vince Young coming, that ticket is hotter than usual. I've heard that they release some more tickets closer to game day. Is this true and does anybody know usually when that happens?

I know you can get ticks second hand, but we're trying to avoid the markup.

Visiting teams get 500 tickets to sell if they don't they are returned to the home team and they re-release them that week to the public.

Buy them on ebay the day before the game
