Evans, a four-year veteran, has mostly played on special teams in his three seasons with the Texans. He finished with 16 special teams tackles in 2004, second behind Antwan Peek. Orr has played 10 games, four last season, since Houston claimed him off waivers from Green Bay in July 2003. He spent much of 2004 on the practice squad before being elevated to the active roster for the final month.
