Good for him...bad for us. I know everything is set with Kubiak but it's good to have an extra set of talented eyes. Hopefully, they can find someone just as good.

Hopefully we get him back in a year when the Davis family has their annual coaching staff clear out.

Excellent hire for the Raiders and congrats to Coach Knapp.

You can say what you want about Kubiak and his faults, but his offense just... Works!

Is he instituting the entire offense? If so, McFadden is going to explode until he gets hurt.

Interesting...Knapp was the Oakland OC in '07 and '08 through the Lane Kiffin debacle. I think it's pretty rare to see a team re-hire like that, but obviously things are different with Al gone now.

I am guessing Karl Dorrell will replace him.

Now this is when we should try to sign Peyton Manning.

We should hire Peyton as our QB Coach and then break his arm so he never plays again

Not that big of a deal IMO. He was only here for 1 year.

Houston's offensive staff seems to lose a few guys every year.

    Ruh roh...

What are we going to do without 4 o-line coaches?

We went from Gibbs, Matthews, Benton, Pollack all at once and now it's just Benton. :p

Seriously though, good for Pollack. He's put in a long time here and our line has been very good. Much deserved.
