Anybody hear the press conference today officially announcing the new coaches? What was said? I'm not in town and can't find a replay or transcript. Not even on the Texans site. Thanks!
All I heard was Johnny Holland talking about how he thinks the main problem last year was the defensive coaches were asking guys to do things they weren't comfortable doing. He said they are going to play to their players strengths instead of trying to force a square peg into a round hole. That seems to be the overall theme I've heard from all the coaches from Kubiak on down. Adapt the system to the players instead of the players to the system.
