So being in San Diego, I come across a lot of bars that are havens for different NFL teams. I have yet to come across a Texans one. Traveling to different places, I know the fans are out there. Plus there has to be as the franchise is one of the most valuable in the league. So that brings me to two questions. Have you guys found good places in other cities? Secondly, are there any Texans fans in San Diego? I have a few buddies that I want to get together and essentially turn a place into a Texans bar. Anybody else down? The takeover begins now.
There are NONE here in Colorado. I have never seen them on TV or anyone besides me wear a jersey on gameday.
Winning and national exposure are what creates non-local fans. The Texans have neither. The offense is real fun to watch, if they do playoff damage they will start creating a national fan base, but as is, why in the world would any non-houstonian want to be a Texans fan.
I'm a HUGE Texans fan in Western Pa. I see people every once in a great while wearing Texans gear. Most of the time, I assume it's cuz they got it on the cheap. At the Buffalo game last year, I was one of many Texans fans. There were tons. It was an awesome surprise.
I'll be one in Pittsburgh come Janurary of which I am a little nervous because the Steelers are basically the only thing that matters there, sports related along with the Pens.
Is this an AA meeting or something? My name is leroy420. I live in Austin and I'm a Texans fan. [everybody]"Hi, leroy420!"
I'm in Calgary, and when I wear my Texans cap, the response I usually get is, "Wait, Texas has 2 NFL teams?"
Texans fan here in Dallas. Oh, I'm also a Rockets fan. So if anyone in this thread is from Dallas, PM or e-mail me. Thank you for your cooperation.
