Texans @ Chargers will be played in San Diego

sad it takes a natural disaster to give the texans a long overdue monday night game

 

Huge Texans fan that I am, the Texans IMO are not due a Monday night game. Not until they no longer suck.

 

It's a guaranteed night game if they play it at Sun Devil Stadium.

to go 6 years now without a single primetime game is ridiculous

no team has been that disrespected by the league.. teams that were somehow worse than the texans have managed to get monday night spots..

raiders, cardinals, 49ers, minnesota (back when they really blew ass), miami... and we're not just talking one game here.. we're talking several for each

the only team that even comes remotely close to the snubbing that the texans have gotten is the browns

 

with all that is going on in San Diego, I don't know why this game is even going to be played. The NFL should cancel it and give both teams a draw in the standings. 3-4-1

If it's a night game, will houston's cbs still carry it?

 

My 7 year old said he heard they might play it in Houston.....did anyone else hear that??

with how its looking here, the game wont be here simply because of air quality just like the monday night game in 2003.

I think last time they just gave people free tix at sun devil stadium so they might get a good deal again.

ESPN is reporting that Richard Justice is reporting that Peter Vescey is reporting that the Houston vs. San Diego game will now be played in Mexico City due to air quality problems in San Diego.

 

don't matter if the texans are playing this game in paradise, they have no chance of beating the chargers!

 

They had no chance of beating the Colts last year either. So who knows.

 

I assume this game will be played in Arizona on Sunday or Monday night, anyway that can only help the Texans out as we need to come up with a 2-0 road trip to save this season.

Let's of course hope the firefighters can take care of those fires in San Diego and nobody else is harmed by them.

 

Monday night would be a benefit to the Texans. It would give Schaub an extra day to heal.

 

Didnt we play the Packers 2 years ago on MNF? Or was that on Sunday night. I just remember it was a night game, and nationally televised.
