Theres this place on Greens Rd that does it for like $350. Not sure how good they are, its just a place I heard about.

No, it works. The same ingredients that are used in Arm & Hammer toothpaste.

The whitening version of Arm & Hammer toothpaste does whiten teeth if you can stand the awful taste.

 

You can use the over-the-counter bleaching techniques, such as the crest strips. That will make some difference, however, going to the dentist and getting it done would be a much more effective method.

You can get the laser bleaching from dentists for ~400 dollars in the Houston area. Insurances wont cover this, so you will be paying out of pocket.

It doesn't really taste bad to me. It feels really weird the first couple of times if you're new to it but you get used to it pretty quickly.

 

You can order the real stuff from a Canadian online pharmacy - i've not tried this personally, but have seen the ads.

Regular over the counter stuff like white strips seem to work a little -but they leave bright spots that look weird if you keep doing it.
