Ok, we just moved into a new house and we have 4 tv's with recievers for our dish network satellites. But we've got 2 more tv's one in each my brother and sister's rooms without it. Is there a way to set them up without having to get recievers and possibly another dish? I've heard that you can connect some device to your dish that broadcasts the satellite signal to little recievers you connect to tvs that aren't hooked up directly to the satellite? Does this kind of technology exist?

You could use something like this

If that link does not work, just do a search for AV Sender/Receiver at any electronics store. I have one in my house for the exact purpose you are describing.

You just plug the AV transmitter into the Composite out from your satellite receiver, and then have the receiver plugged into the Composite IN for your other TV. Some of them even have Remote control senders which means you can change channels on the satellite receiver from the other room.

    A few notes:-
    a) Typically theese are 2.4Ghz. Can get some interference from 802.11 Wifi, so make sure you get an AV sender with multipe channels
    b) The receiving end will only be able to watch whatever is on the "sending" satellite receiver. So, if someone is watching TV at the "sending" end, you will have to watch the same as them.
    c) As mentioned above, some AV senders have remote control relays systems. Mine does not work very well, and it is a little frustrating.
    d) They usually have up to 300ft range, but if you are trying to send it a long way, thru walls, doors etc, reception may suffer
    e) You will need to have an available composite out on the satellite receiver, and a composite in at the destination TV. Not all devices have these so be careful. I have to use a VCR to get the Composite in for this reason.
    Good luck!
