Ran into a problem today with my home wireless. For some reason my iphone stopped working with my wireless. I've tried re setting router, re setting iphone settings and iphone network settings. The iphone says i'm not connected to a wireless so I select my network, go to type in my pass for the network, and it says its unable to connect to it. any idea what might be the issue?

Can you try to connect to a different wireless network?

as in trying a friends network? not sure when i'd be able to, the iphone does find other wireless networks, but they have passwords like me so no luck in trying those.

Do you know how to reset the iphone?

You have to hold down the on/off button at the top right and at the same time hold down the bottom middle button until the apple logo appears.

This would be the first thing I try.

Whenever you call in to your cell phone carrier, don't let them do a "factory reset", that's not the solution to everything. So don't listen to that guy.

I've experienced something similar with my PC, do you happen to have a NETGEAR? Another way I fixed this is by changing the name of the SSID or using a different channel or even frequency if you're router supports it (2.4 ghz vs 5)
