I was wondering if Team USA as assembled now played the a team assembled with the remaining NBA players playing in this years Olympics, who do you think would win? I don't know all the international players or I would have said all the best International players. Consider the International Rules in terms of play.

    TEAM USA
    CHANDLER Tyson
    DURANT Kevin
    JAMES Lebron
    WESTBROOK Russell
    WILLIAMS Deron
    IGUODALA Andre
    BRYANT Kobe
    LOVE Kevin
    HARDEN James
    PAUL Chris
    DAVIS Anthony
    ANTHONY Carmelo

    vs

All other NBA players in Olympics 2012
    Manu
    Scola
    Tony parker
    Delfino
    Batum
    Kleiza
    Varejo
    Barbosa
    Nene
    Rudy Fernandez
    Pau
    Marc
    Serge
    Deng

I think the US would win but not more than a margin of 15 points...

The All-International team has some nice players, don't get me wrong, but Team USA would win every time. Not enough star power on the other team.

    PG: Parker, Shved
    SG: Ginobili, Batum
    SF: Kirilenko, Deng
    PF: P. Gasol, Ibaka, Scola/Kleiza
    C: M. Gasol, Nene

They could win. Tony Parker is elite point guard who can carry a team even with James Worthy goggles like Worthy carried Michael Jordan. Now you add 3 elite perimeter defenders(Deng, Batum, Kirilenko). It would be interesting to see them on the court at the same time. You give him one of the best shooting guards in Ginobili. And you give him frontcourt(M. Gasol, P. Gasol, Ibaka, Kleiza, Nene) which is better than USA frontcourt. It could be close, but USA would be favorite for sure.

NBA has SUPERIOR TALENTS, thought the WORLD team would have SUPERIOR CHEMISTRY and INTANGIBLES.

The NBA would win a series of games, BUT they wouldn't go undefeated or even dominate the competition.

Two Gasols, One Ibaka, One Varejao, One Scola, and an ok Nene beats out Chandler, Love, and Griffin. I honestly think the world is overwhelmingly better.

Though, the NBA-USA team would have a greater back-court, the World team possesses some good neutralizers on defense and even offense in Batum, Deng, Kirilenko and Ginobili.

The World has superior rebounding, greater size, much better shooting ability, better interior defense, and probably more comfortable ball rotation (more defined roles). The NBA-USA team has superior and greater talent, again will probably trump all at the end of the day.

I cannot see it too many blowout over a series of games.

Spain vs USA will be the game of the tournament.

Spain excel inside, USA excel on the wings. Both have high calibre players and depth.

I think Spain has a sneaky chance of winning it unless one of the US players demonstrates their star power.
