My ticket I received for expired registration that shows a court time at 10:00 am but I got an "arraignment Notice" that "serves to remind me of my court time of 8:00 am"

I would rather go in a 10 due to traffic and putting in some work before court. I would think that the ticket is the official time...

    What yall think?

    Thank you very much

I would call the court and find out which is right.

I suggest you should learn how to spell traffic.

    This.

And learn how to use periods. Your grammar is unsightly.

This thread confirms the beliefs I've always held

It's like if I were super Christian and saw Jesus at 7-11

If I were you, I'd go in at 10. You're probably not going to get a failure to appear if you show up at the time on your ticket.

If your court date isn't tomorrow, call the court and ask for clarification.

Most of our Traffic Tickets are done over the computer and printed out for us.

Lucky for us, it has it spelled out correctly already! ;)

Nah, man. They definitely know how to spell traffic. The transportation code is a beast, and every police academy in the state drills the heck out of it until the cadets know it backwards and forwards. It's their bread and butter, and not just for speeding tickets. Most DWIs, drug busts, or any other crime involving a vehicle, routinely start with a stop based on a traffic code violation.
