    I saw another article about the rabid otter of Boca Raton. Apparently that otter has been attacking pets too.

    Is anyone else worried that the Russians have evil hamsters?

    Usually, I'd agree with you, but he was simply filming the otter when the critter swam to the shore and came out heading for the kid, yelling, "You otter run, you stupid chump, cause I'm gonna get ya!" The kid should of listened.
