I just got a samsung omnia II unlocked international version for free. i got a problem receiving text messages. i get them 4-5 hours late. i can send them easily with no problem or delay.

anyone know if there's a way to fix this or have this problem with an unlocked phone? i think it works fine with other services....maybe i need to switch services or go back to my old phone

do you get email lag too? Have you tried turning off your phone (this usually tries to reconnect to the closest tmobile tower)
