I know, not the most important question ever, but does anyone know what, medically speaking, is the deal with T-Mac's eyes? He looks a little bit cross-eyed to me...quite obviously, it does not seem to affect his game, but I'm just curious what it is. Thanks...
Who cares, as long as his eyes work. It should also be noted that Tmac can hear much better than Francis.
lol I think it's just a lazy eye..? And I guess you're born with it..doesn't affect a person's vision...probably could do some research on it and find out. I still love him! He's a Rocket!
SJC you need to complete the triumvirate ~ after this you need to start an NBA dish thread about Rasheed’s bald spot and then a hangout thread about Tina Fey’s scar.
Actually when he's looking straight on into the camera, his eyes both drift to the outside. But who cares as long as the ball goes through the basket!
Oh, no, does this mean his nickname will be "The Chameleon" -- but only partly because he blends in so well with the Rocks?

For people who have lazy eye, they can only see things with one eye at a time. Therefore they can't see 3-D images. I heard that they have a harder time to judge distance. However, with only one eye, it is easier to aim. That might explain T-Mac's sharpshooting. Lazy eye people will have one good eye and one bad eye. They usually use the good eye to watch things and then the bad eye will go astray. Based on T-Mac's official photo at nba.com, his left eye is good and his right eye is bad. Anyway, since he is a NBA superstar already, apparently lazy eye won't affect a person's bball skill.
