t-mac will stop the road trip if his wife gives birth

    T-Mac is back, but for how long?

    After his third game in the lineup following his bout with a strained back, Tracy McGrady is off with the Rockets on the start of a five-city, six-game, two-week trip that could be shortened by the arrival of a newborn son.

    "When I was in Orlando, I was on the same kind of six-game trip," he said. "You get to the 10th day and you're ready to just call it quits. It might be cut short for me because my son is due at any time. Who knows? I might be coming back home."

    The injured list continues to be the center of so much of the Rockets' action this season.

    After his return from bruised left foot lasted all of two minutes Tuesday, Jon Barry remained in Houston for rehab on a strained right calf. He could catch up to the club later in the road trip. Rafer Alston, who has missed nine games with a hairline stress fracture of the right fibula, also did not accompany the team to Sacramento.





    I hope little t-mac jr, can wait until the road trip is over, we need to start winning to have any chance

    Tmac had a baby stroller in the back of his BMW 760 a couple of days ago. I was wondering why it was there, since I think his daughter is a bit old for that, or is she?

    Well back when in his August end visit to China, TMAC publicly talked about his girl friend was 6-month pregnant and is excting their 2nd child, a son in a CCTV5 interview.

    And according to Chinese reporters, the expectancy is January 3. As it is not unusual that babies tend to come 2 to 3 weeks earlier, therefore the chances for TMAC Jnr to arrive anytime now to December 18 are high.

    I, for one, am disgusted. T-Mac can always have kids after the NBA. What an unprofessional thing to do. Would a Stock Broker or a lawyer take a day off for the birth of their child? Wait, what? You said they would? Oh, nevermind. Take a couple days T-Mac, we only need the 6th seed anyway...

    Just because a marriage is universally accepted it doesn't mean that every single person has to strive to be married.

    That's like saying why doesn't everybody celebrate Christmas?

    I wonder if it's a boy or girl. If it's a boy, the rockets need to sign him right when he is born. Yao needs to get busy so the rockets can get the rights to his baby too. lol, can u imagine watching TMac Jr. and Yao Jr. playing for the rockets in 20-25yrs?

    yeah well the percentage of NBA legends and great player's kids making the NBA is very slim.

    They usually make it to the college ranks but so many of them never amount to what their dad's did.

    I think when the first line of this post says "He'll follow the son" that should give you a pretty good idea of what sex the baby is.

    Honestly, being there for the birth of his child is more important than winning a game...or even a championship for that matter..


    Most people working regular jobs.. would come home early if they were on a business trip and their son was about to be born.

    The only reason i was asking was because someone sais he was married, i was just wondering.

    Da**, why are you getting so protective over TMac, it was just a question. You make it sound like i asked 10 questions.

    And Christmas guy, you're acting like theres something to hide. dont exagerate the question as if i am being racist.
