T-Mac needs to STFU and just plays ball. His BIG mouth may lead the Rockets to an early exit in the playoffs. If the Rockets continues to win, especially in the playoffs, people will say+think the Rockets is a championship contender--not a pretender. You don't need to whine about not getting respect.

    Do you guys agree/disagree?

You need to STFU... I love the way McGrady has changed over the course of this streak. He rarely talks about himself and is quick to complement the team/other individuals.

    Lock this crap

who cares what other people think anymore...i got caught up with getting annoyed every time an "expert" downplayed our streak, but now i don't care anymore...i say let them hate, it'll only make us stronger.

disagree completely. everything he said was how the Rockets should play from this point on. he wasn't cocky, he just spoke the truth as it is in the western conference.

too many one-star threads coming up in GARM. think before you start a new thread

As long as he plays well, I don't give a crap what he says. Tmac is not very media savvy, but we are not going to start a thread every time he opens his mouth, are we?

I kinda agree with you. But TMAC has always been like this. I hope he can back it up this time.

Plus, I think the "underdog, chip on the shoulder" thing is working quite well for the Rockets.

I'm sorry, but I don't see any whining about lack of respect in that quote. I don't see how that quote will lead to an early exit from the playoffs.

I don't think there's anything particularly wrong with that. However, I do agree that what with his oral history and all, he should be restrained from doing interviews that asks his personal opinion on future success and the playoffs/

TMAC-DO US A FAVOR AND DON'T SAY THINGS THAT YOU MIGHT REGRET LATER ON.

I usually have no problem criticizing or discrediting what Tracy says. But there is nothing wrong at all with what you quoted. Let's try to be reasonable.

    Dude, what the hell.

Prior to the game, the Lakers were on top of the conference, right? Right.

You're kidding yourself if you don't think today's game was a test for the team to see where they stand against the cream of the crop in the conference. That's all that Tracy said. Jeez.
