McGrady will be back in Houston for the first time since the trade last year.

After all the ups and downs of his 5-6 years with us, how will we welcome him?

Ill be extremely upset if we don't give him a standing ovation when he checks in the game for the first time.

What? Be prepared to be extremely upset, he didn't earn a standing ovation.

A polite clap, sure....but a standing O? You are out of your mind.

Polite clap would be nice. Shouldn't expect more than that. He gave us one and half good years.

I expect the same amount of cheer/boo ratio as MerGady's productivity/years here.

Meaning he'd probably get a nice clap when he checks in... then gets boo'd every time he looks at the ball from then on.

    oh I only hope.

he got a standing ovation when he first checked into his first game last year which actually happened to be against the pistons.

for all he has done for the houston rockets organization and all the good times and excitement he brought in his tenure here, he deserves a standing ovation.

Completely disagree! He should get a very worm welcoming, just cuz it wasn't a pretty exit does not mean we shouldn't appreciate what he gave us.

And what does he deserve for all the crappy times and frustration he brought in his tenure?

He definitely deserves a warm welcome. Maybe not a STANDING O, but definitely a big show of appreciation. He gave us many good years of great exciting basketball so thats the least we should do. This isn't Cleveland and Lebron. Hopefully the fans at the TC will be classy.

He got a standing ovation because he was on the team.

I would've guessed that he would be booed during the intros.. but he's not even starting. So I doubt he gets much love or boos either way.

Open arms. He is one of the best players to ever play in houston. I enjoyed watching him play for us and it was an honor too.

Crappy times? Really? Going to the playoffs in all but one season while he was here is crappy times?

Good lord, leading us through (most) Of a 22 game win streak isn't good enough?

C'mon man, the guy gave it all he had while he was healthy with us! Tmac was one of the most passionate players in the league before his injuries, some how took from him the joy of playing basketball!!

If I were to go, I would be booing everytime he touches the ball.

We are talking about a player who quit on the team. Never attended a single game while injured. And was going on radio shows predicting the Lakers to beat us. Seriously, **** him.

We are talking about who said the words "it's on me" prior to a playoff series and after the series gives an arrogant response not taking any responsibility whatsoever.

Where did he take this franchise? NOWHERE. What do we have to be appreciative to him for? NOTHING.

He was a loser. His career went nowhere and now it is close to over.

As much as you trying to make him sound so bad, he accomplished a lot more than you did in your life. What have you done in life? NOTHING. The sad fact is, you're just making yourself look bad.
