Sorry if this is old, but here's a video clip found on the official Rocket's website of him and his family at home.

Click on the video gallery on the far right side with the T-Mac pic.

Well, I guess we now know why T-Mac is over at Yao's all the time, they're playing with their PSPs. Those geeks! ;)

I can't believe with all the restaurants in Houston, T-Mac likes Yao's. He should seriously get out more...

It sounds very interesting. Where can I find the original interview? Thanks.

It's either nepotism, or simply a passion for properly done Chinese food.

I'm not a strength coach, but watching TMac doing some of those workouts with weights is brutal. The way he was moving his body doing those dumbbell curls it's no wonder his back hurts. I was always taught if you were jerking up the weights the way he does it's probably too much weight.

I'm sure I'd pass out doing some of the stuff he does to workout his legs.

You are so right it's not funny. I was saying the same thing. I use to be a serious weight lifter at one time and had back pain because of it. You know those butterfly's with dumbells he was doing is a real back killer. He is using too much weight most of the time and is putting all kinds of strain on his back. I was watching and saying are you kidding me. There's the problem right there. 90% perecent of those workouts were back straining excercises with weights. Stick to cardio and endurance training and maybe some pushups because he's not going to last another year with his back if he keeps up that sort of weight training.
