Gosh, didn't the writer have a selective memory. Spurs lost to LA 2-4 - not as close as a down-to-the-wire he wanted readers to believe.

For anyone else that didn't know who he was talking about, thats Duncan & Parker, Shaq & Wade, and Nash & Stoudemire.

Man am I ever tired of these little innuendoed digs at Mcgrady for being selfish. It only took a couple of games to realize that he is a very strong passer, and an extremely willing passer. But everyone just looks at shot attempts and concludes that he's only concerned about jacking up shots.

I would put them tied at second with Nash and Amare, behind Shaq and Wade. Duncan and Parker #1? As a twosome, i would put them much lower.

    Nice reading, wnes. Thanks!

In the on-going live vote, T-mac and Yao got only 2% of 8000 votes so far. Rox fans, MacOFs, and YOFs cast your votes there!

This voting is going to be really unfair to T-Mac and Yao since they were only included recently in the vote. I wonder how many of the people who voted earlier would have voted for them if they had been an option from the beginning...

I don't know if you've noticed, but if you play for any team in Houston, you don't get votes. Period.

I know we don't get votes because we're a "small market", but at least make the voting fair by having us on the ballot from the start or include a disclaimer saying we were recently added. I guess I should be happy that they finally changed the article to include us, but I'm pretty sure that more than 3% of the people think we're better than Paul Pierce and Antoine Walker.

Any bets that these poll results will end up being posted on another team's board as "proof" that Yao and T-Mac are over-hyped?

    TD + TP as #1?

Damn, that's like saying TD + Rasho is #10.

They're really not that much of a "dynamic duo" but I think the writer felt compelled to include San Anton' and Phoenix on that list 'cause their respective teams play well.

Don't worry. With the voting power of the cf.net members, they will catch up soon. I predict they will be 2nd when the poll ends.

How the hell is Amare and Steve Nash included in the heavyweights? What what the hell is this TD and Parker crap? TD is definitely great, but what has Parker done?

TD plus Tony Parker is like Jon Barry saying he and TMac combined for 41 points.

Houston is the 7th largest market and the 4th largest city in the US. You shouldn't be happy about some idiot's pity correction. **** MSNBC
