No Trump constantly has trouble speaking, easily just as much as Biden. Don't be a party hack bro, I've always said Biden is off mentally because he is, feel free not to be a defensive hack, and call out Trump being a derp because he definitely is, and honestly not an ounce less then Biden IMO.
I can understand Biden almost all the time. I usually have to guess what Trump is trying to say. And sometime I completely fail.
The fact is that Joe is absolutely right: I do know the thing. Joe Biden also knows the thing. Trump, however, does not know the thing at all. This is why, come November, I am doing the thing.
