Sweet Martial Arts/Gymnastics Video

    Still pretty cool stuff. I'm not too impressed by the gymnastics, since I was a gymnast myself and can name atleast 20 guys off the top of my head that can do all the stuff they do. Looks like they've had a lot of mixed training with martial arts as well. There really isn't a comparison to the training that gymnasts do. Yes football players do murder themselves to get to the physical level the are it, however, they don't have to train as many muscles as gymnasts.

    All that being said, take a gymnast and give him a few years of martial arts training (capoeira/kung fu) and you'll get some pretty sweet moves.

    i used to head a club that practiced stuff like that on the weekends. Got pretty good with the butterfly twists (spin horizontally in the air) but our club changed directions and I got too busy :(. someday ill get back to form. I was doing that and capoeira, and i'll say that during that time, i was in the best shape of my life. good ol' times....
