Anybody have any good recipes for Sweet Italian Sausage?

I bought some for dinner tonight but really don't know how to prepare it other than to grill it or grill and dump it into marinara sauce.

    Fire away.

If you grill it do it with peppers and onions.

Another recipe that I've had is chopping it up and scrambling it with eggs, peppers and onions for breakfast.

Make Sausage and Peppers in a nonstick pan!

Brown the sausage in olive oil with a little sliced fresh garlic. Once the sausage links are browned enough for you, reduce the heat and add some sliced bell pepper and sliced onion. Add a tiny bit of water (no more than enough to barely take up the bottom of the pan...maybe a quarter cup AT THE MOST). Cover the pan and let the peppers and onions cook until they are soft, probably no more than 5-6 minutes.

Enjoy it with a nice glass of chianti and a Sopranos rerun! :D

Seriously, I love sausage and peppers. I get it from my Dad who loves it also. I just can't eat it as often as I would like due to cholesterol reasons! :D

They probably would, if only the portions weren't so small. ;)
