Survivor vs. Rockets: Anybody fighting for the TV?

    How dare CBS schedule the last episode of Survivor on the same night the Rockets are playing the Jazz. I only have a passing interest in Survivor, but my wife is an avid fan. Needless to say, the battle has already begun. We had to flip a coin to see who gets the big TV. I won!!

    Anybody else having this problem?

    Ethan won it.

    Not that I watched anything but the end, though - it's rare that Family Guy is on, and even rarer that it's on in a two hour block.

    It was down to Ethan and the oldest member of the cast (female).

    How much does an average MLS player make? Ethan is a pro soccer player I believe for the New England team.

    how were the old southern guy and the tattoo guy eliminated? also, how did ethan end up beating the old lady?

    Tom, the goat farmer, got voted off when Kim won immunity. There was a trivia immunity (Fallen Comrades) where Jeff, the host, asked questions about the eliminated survivors. Kim won on the last question. By Kim winning the allinace setup by Ethan, Tom, and Lex was broken and Tom was ousted.

    Lex was voted off when Kim won the next immunity challenge. The challenge was a test of endurance similar to the last challenge on the original Survivor. Kim had not won anything in any other challenge (she usually was close to last in all the other challenges). But when it counted she won the last 2 immuntities.

    That set up the final tribal council with Ethan vs. Kim. I think the final vote was 5-2 in Ethan's favor but I'm not sure. They showed a few of the votes. Tom and Kelly voted for Ethan and Kim P and Brandon voted for Kim. They said in the aftershow that Teressa voted for Ethan. I'm guessing that Lex and Frank also voted for Ethan because they didn't read all the votes. You know if it had been a 4-3 vote then they would have made it dramatic and read them in order for a climactic finish.

    cool. thanks for the recap. I never watch the show, but a friend of mine got me watching it the last 2 weeks.

    I suppose that would be a problem for you guys in CST , HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA


    anyways I enjoyed this season's survivor , The First was great , Australia people lost interest but I thoght this one was very well played out .
