Did anyone else go to the game tonight and get a survey as you left? It says: "We hope you have enjoyed today's game. All of us within the National Basketball Association "family" have the goal of providing our fans with the most enjoyable experience possible and are always looking for ways to improve the NBA experience. To help us acheive this goal, we have partnered with J.D. Power and Associates, a marketing research firm, to evaluate our fans' experience and perceptions... Your input, in addition to the feedback of many other NBA fans, will help us continue to improve your experience at Compaq Center." Thought ya'll might enjoy knowing about this. so Ali, i didn't get one. But all I need is an email address. Did it provide one. Or a phone number. preferrably an email address.
I have scoured the entire thing and the only address that I can find is this one: J.D. Power and Associates 30401 Agoura Road Agoura Hills, CA 91301 This is just where we are supposed to send the completed survey. I wonder why there isn't an online version?? I bet that they give these surveys out again at the next game. Ali P.S. Thanks heyp for the nice words. ------------------ Poopy!
JD Power and Assoc is a HUGE market research firm. They don't do online stuff because their results tend to be skewed demographically. The average internet user is white, upper-middle class and between 18 and 35. They want a more diverse and specific audience than that which is why they handed them out at the game. Also, most survey groups will only accept mailed in surveys - no faxes either. They have had problems with data corruption and they get paid a TON of money to keep that from happening. If you are wondering why I know this, it is because both my mom and I have participated in a few market research surveys and focus groups. Some of them pay pretty well too! ------------------ "You know what they say about the music business. Here today, gone TODAY! - Chris Rock at the MTV Music Video Awards
With the way ticket prices are going up I sort of assumed that the average NBA game ticketholder is in the 18-35 white upper middle class group too. ------------------
