Hey wait till the good parts take hold ij 2014 and the yahoos find out that Fox News was lying and that their doctors, who they are finally able to see, are not working under a communist dictatorship after all.

It will be the nightmare that anti-government nuts have feared for years. Folks will be thankful for Obama Care and hopefully extend it.

It was ball game when Obama won re-election.

Why aren't we still hearing stuff about "death panels"?

As someone with a pre-existing condition (hey, that term isn't going to exist in after 2014 ) this makes me very happy.

The dirty truth is that almost every American over 40 has some sort of preexisting condition, except we used to call it old age.

    ;)

That describes me. Thank God my wife has corporate benefits, which has allowed me to build a self employed law biz.

Big legislation takes a while for general public to come around to. there are so many provisions that are beneficial to the avg person it was a matter of time. as long as insurance rates continue to fall it will get more popular. and as long as people can keep their physician there can be few complaints

....if it's working, why does Obama have such little confidence in it that he delayed the employer mandate until after the election?

What makes you think the delay has anything to do with confidence in it working?

because he'd want to launch it and build momentum for it heading into midterm elections

I believe there are other logistical reasons for the delay.

of course there are. Obamacare is a smelly turd that he knows will cause employers a nightmare, and it will impact his ability to say he's trying to do something about jobs.

Funny obama's confidence would be questioned. im seeing commercials where they actually use the term "obamacare" he has embraced what is supposed to be a slur.

There have been 27 Constitutional amendments. That has worked out pretty well.

I don't think anybody had any illusions that this was going to be solid gold right out of the shoot.
