I was searching for some DVD's and came across a newer DVD format that boasts better picture quality and sound. These DVD's lack the bonus material that has become expected with most DVD's that are currently released. Does anyone prefer one over the other?
Checkout Superbit Deluxe DVDs. All the great picture quality and sound of Superbit PLUS the extras and goodies that come with typical DVDs. Have your cake and eat it, too.
I hear you did really dont see a difference unless you have a HD or Plasma TV. So I dont think it really makes a difference unless u have a gazillion dollars to buy one of those TVs.
If you are into home theater or just have a nice tv, superbit dvd's are excellent. You do not have to have an hdtv to take advantage of the better picture. The better picture quality is only noticable on larger tv's and higher end flat screen types. In additon to the picture the sound quality is also first rate, especially if you are a fan of DTS.
